As we approach the Holiday season, we want to share important updates regarding our schedule and services.

We greatly appreciate your support and business throughout the year. Please be aware that freight carriers are continuing to experience capacity
limitations, which may result in longer delivery times. This is important to keep in mind when planning necessary delivery dates.

Chirstmas and New Year's Holiday Schedule

Monday, 12/23/2024(11:00am PST), through Wednesday, 1/1/2025

• ETS offices and production will be closed in observance of Christmas, New Year’s Day.
• These dates will not be included when calculating production lead times for orders.
• ETS will not receive or ship order during this time.
• Offices and production will repoen on Thursday, 1/2/2025

Additional Holiday Information

• Qualifying orders received by 1:00pm PST on 12/18 will ship on 12/20.
• Last shipping day for 2024 is Friday, 12/20/2024.

Rush Services

Free rush services are available for qualifying orders, including:

• e24 (one color, up to 3,000 pieces)
• e48 (two colors, up to 3,000 pieces)
• 3-Day Rush (1-3 colors, up to 3,000 pieces)
